Warranty Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact us immediately if you have any trouble with the product you have ordered/received before leaving any feedback. If you have any queries or require any assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us, we will try our best to resolve your issue as quickly as we can.

• Please choose carefully, refunds or exchange will not be considered if you simply ‘change your mind’. Please ensure that you select your products carefully and that they are compatible with your requirements prior to buying.

• Refunds will not be considered if items are sold as is Sale/Clearance Items.

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days, If the product returned is faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, we will meet our obligation to provide a remedy under the “Consumer Guarantees Act”, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days.

Warranty 

• We will achieve our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees and Fair-Trading Acts. Unless otherwise stated, all our products come with a 12-month standard warranty from the date of purchase.

• Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. In the unlikely event, if the item is defective, it will need to be returned to us for assessment as soon as any defect is discovered.

• Subject to our inspection of the product, we will remedy defects in materials and/or workmanship by repairing or replacing.

• For major defects (not repairable) we will either replace the item or offer a refund or offer store credit to be used toward the purchase of new products.

• Proof of purchase is required, and warranties are not transferable.

• Freight damage or missing parts must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

• This warranty does not cover problems caused by normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, tears, or aesthetic oxidation of surfaces, or natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use), commercial use, unlawful vehicle operation, damage resulting from improperly secured cargo, accidents, negligent operation, incorrect use or installation, modification, inadequate maintenance, unauthorised repairs.

• In addition, this warranty does not cover problems resulting from conditions beyond our control including, but not limited to, theft, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with our written instructions or guidelines included with the product.

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by lightning, water, fire, force majeure, war, riots, or other causes that are beyond the control of ours.
