Delivery Information

Delivery is arranged based on the size, weight, and nature of the product.

To ensure safe and efficient transport, we work with a range of courier and freight providers, and the most suitable carrier will be selected for each order.

In most cases, orders are ready for collection by the freight provider within 24 hours after payment is received.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the delivery location and the logistics provider used.

Customer pickup is welcome by prior arrangement.

Please note:

•Deliveries and pickups do not occur on public holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays

•Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available working day
