Shipping

Shipping is arranged based on the size, weight, and nature of the product.

We work with a range of freight and courier providers to ensure the most suitable and efficient delivery option is selected for each order.

In most cases, goods are ready for pickup by the freight provider within 24 hours after payment is received.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and product type.

Customer pickup is welcome by prior arrangement.

Please note:

•No dispatch or pickup occurs on public holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays

•Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available working day

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.

This policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.

we will repair, replace, or exchange the item where possible.
